CURD CHEESE DUMPLiNGS

                  DOUGH                                             PREP AR A TION
                  •  80 g butter                                    Prepare a dough using the butter, egg, curd, salt and flour.
                  •  1 egg                                          Form a roll from the dough. Cut the dough into equal
