Melt the butter in a pan and toast bread
crumbs, granulated sugar and chopped
pumpkin seeds a little bit.
DUMPLINGS
Lift the dumplings out of the water and roll carefully in
the breadcrumb mixture.
V ANILLA S A UCE
For the vanilla sauce, boil two thirds of
the milk with the sugar, stir the vanilla
powder into the cold milk, then pour it
into the boiling milk and stir well.
