MILLET KA SHA
Cook the millet kasha in a double
amount of salt water and cool it.
MIX
Take a bowl and mix millet kasha and seasoning
together, add the meat, and slowly cover with water,
which you have saved from cooking the pig’s head.
PORK NET MiLLET SAUSAGE
Make 10 x 5 cm ovals with your hand.
Wrap them into the pork net, and
secure on each side with a toothpick.
C OOK
Boil the water in the pot and use a skimmer to
immerse koline carefully into the water. Cook for
around 10 minutes.
