                                                                          Fill the sausage machine with the mixture, so that
                                                                          there is no extra air in the mixture, and begin to fill
                                                                          the intestine with slow movements.





                                                                                     S TRING



                                                                                     When the intestine is filled, squeeze
                                                                                     the sausages  with  your fingers at a
                                                                                     length of 10 to 15 cm, then twist and
                                                                                     turn them to make links. You can ad-
                                                                                     ditionally tie with string.


                                                                          B AKING


                                                                          Place koline and krvavice in a greased baking tray
                                                                          and roast for approx. 30 minutes at 200° C.
