Prekmurska gibanica is a dessert made from shortcrust and filo (strudel) pastry, separating four different layers of filling.
         Shortcrust pastry is placed as the base on the bottom, and then the wet and dry layers are placed one on top of the other,
         separated by filo pastry. The gibanica consists of four fillings: poppy seed, curd cheese walnut and apple, which are
         repeated twice in this order from the bottom up.
