Mix the hard and soft flour and sift
through a strainer or sieve onto the
board or into a bowl.
BUTTER
Cut the butter into small pieces and leave it at room
temperature for some time.
W A TER SHORTCRUST PASTRY
Add water and knead until the butter is
completely dissolved and mixed with
flour. Allow to rest.
PA S T R Y
Roll out the shortcrust pastry into a square or circle.
